What happens when the bug occurs? Will not go past My Rank/Top 100 screen

I am also having this issue. Started on Friday of last week, and has not been resolved.
I contacted support and they said the team is aware but there's no ETA on a fix. I'm very much hoping for a large make-right because I haven't been able to progress any of my season objectives in almost a full week now because of this. I've completed all solo challenges, and I'm not going to subject myself to the awful experience of H2H.

Exact same issue and has prevented me from finishing the season challenges as I predominantly play solo battles only
Has anyone had any luck on getting them back? Mine have been out for almost 2 weeks.
