I am also having this issue. Started on Friday of last week, and has not been resolved.
I contacted support and they said the team is aware but there's no ETA on a fix. I'm very much hoping for a large make-right because I haven't been able to progress any of my season objectives in almost a full week now because of this. I've completed all solo challenges, and I'm not going to subject myself to the awful experience of H2H.
