Madden 24 Solo Battles unplayable

I haven’t been able to play Solo Battles in like 3 days. It’s stuck on the Leaderboard screen. Pretty disappointing considering I just got the game 4 days ago. I talked to someone at EAhelp and was told it’s a current known issue and being worked on. What bothers me is the fact that I haven’t been able to find anything letting the community know about it. So people are just left in the dark. I get it that stuff happens…. Just communicate to your community.
