Madden 24 Ultimate Challenge Tokens not getting Redeemed

Summarize your bug I wanted to reach out regarding an issue in madden 24 I have been doing alot of challenges to get better players like normally. I have completed all my Ultimate Legend challenges to get Tokens and wait until the end for a 98+ card at the end with all the tokens I have gathered and i shows I have 63/64 tokens so I can not get the pack that gives me that reward at the end. It shows that whenever you do the AKA crew challenges you would have to pick to packs a AKA token or a 89+ card and I have been getting only the token pack because it would reward me at the end with a 98+ pack with 30 different cards to choose but you only choose 1 but it looks like i have 6/30 or 8/20 I am not sure but, in my sets that I have completed which is bizzare because I only was getting the tokens pack while finishing up the challenges. As well as the Ultimate Legends it shows I have 63/64 I think thats the right amount but looks like I am missing one and I have only been picking the tokens same thing as the AKA Crew pack at the end you get a 98+ card from your choice.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The sets, I completed all the sets from both of the challenges and when it rewards you with a token looks like I have not been getting none of it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have been choosing the token packs and seems like I have not been getting the tokens for the AKA and I am missing 1 token from the Ultimate Legends pack.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the tokens redeemed if that is something you guys can do, as well as the Ultimate Legend Challenges token to be redeemed. If that is something you guys can do I am missing I think its 6/30 or 8 / 20 I am not sure, and the Ultimate Legends I am missing just one.
AKA TOKENS AND AKA LEGENDS, it says redeem but there is nothing to redeem ( for the Ultimate Legend pack )
