    Marking as solution for visibility. We are looking into the blank screens in MUT.

    Hey everyone, 

    It seems like a couple different issues are being reported here in this thread. 

    If you're running into blank screens when you're trying to get into MUT, we're currently looking into it. In some cases you may be able to back out of the screen by hitting B (Xbox) or Circle (PlayStation) on your controller when the screen comes up. 

    If you're getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to enter MUT, we've got a thread where we're collecting more information on that. Please take a look at the post linked below and share your details in the thread:

Played earlier and finished a challenge then when backing out of the challenge menu I came to a blank screen. Music plays but no buttons work and can't get off this screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still takes me to this blank screen as soon as I load into MUT now!

      Close the game out completely. When you get to the PlayStation Home Screen, don’t click on the game directly, scroll down to “activities” and open up ultimate team from one of those tabs. Field pass one worked for me but you may have to do it a couple times. Once it opens just scroll around a little and hold circle/b it should take you to the main menu Just keep doing it it’ll work
