This happened to me today. I was trying to complete the "Rush for 3000 yards" Ultimate Kickoff challenge... went to the main menu to collect my reward and the screen was blank. All i could see was my training and then that went away. I'm on PS5 and after reading this thread i can confirm Its 100% linked to spamming stats. lol I was locked out for about an hour. I kept closing the app and restarting and nothing worked. I did that about 8 times. Then i read this thread and decided to do something different. So when you login to Madden (not Mut).. but Madden.. on the title screen there is always a Promo that displays. Mine was a promo for "Ultimate Kickoff". A page came up with Allen Lazard/Luke Musgrave & Juu Smith-Schuster & Javon Hargrave. Instead of clicking back to "Close" like i always do... i clicked the "UK" logo and it launched Automate Teams and went straight to my BINDER! Bam! Was able to get into Mut. Or at least.. the Auction House/Binder/Sets Section. I could tell something was still off tho because my coins still weren't there and I couldn't see Field Pass. So first, in my binder I quicksold 4-5 silver cards (just in case the issue was linked to my binder being full) went over to the "Auction House" tab and bought a 79 Overall Legend (Shannon Sharpe)... and for whaterver reason the Field Pass suddenly updated and took me from Level 11 to Level 12 of the promo. Thats when I knew the game was working correctly. I then backed out of the Auction House and all my coins were there and all my training was there. So its like..... it needed me to go to Mut through the opening screen... quicksold a few cards.. and then bought something.. to trigger the field pass to work. Its very weird. Could be something that only worked for me and me only but its worth a shot. I just did trial and error. Again, this happened while I was going for 3000 rushing yards so most likely Mut had an error processing my stats at first or something very strange.
Try starting the game (press any button on the Josh Allen Intro) and then when the Promo screen pops up (It could be Ultimate Kickoff, or it could be Legends, depending on when you see this)... try just pressing X and launching Ultimate Teams from there instead of trying to launch Mut from the Main screen. It should take you straight to your binder and to the sets. Try quickselling an item or two, then buy a really low overall card and see if you can glitch the game into updating field pass or whatever and see if you can navigate the other menus. Hope that helps at least get you to the binder section!
