Madden 25 PC Slow Motion

Hello, 

For the past 2 iterations of Madden 24 and 25. I have been constantly running into issues where gameplay will start going into slow motion during some games after the play starts. All other cutscenes work (although buggy). Menus run smooth. I have checked my PC and it meets requirements as it has an i9 processor and 3090 Nvidia CPU. However it still struggles even on the lowest setting..I've noticed my gpu usage is unusually low. I play many other games including Escape from Tarkov that are much more intensive and they have no issues running on my hardware. Can someone please look into this issue in PC. To have this issue 2 titles in a row with no mention or fix is absurd.
