Madden BND glitch

Product: Madden NFL 24

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Field Pass
Summarize your bug Showing cards as BND when they should not be. I’ve completed set for The Duke and TOTW Tyreek Hill and they should not be BND but after the update it’s showing BND and I can’t sell them. This is putting me behind the market. My issue is not listed in the drop down so I listed this issue as field pass but the issue is with cards in my item binder.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account, I’m sure it’s happening to others.
What happens when the bug occurs? Showing cards as BND when they should not be.
What do you expect to see? Fix the issue.

    This happened to me as well. Check this out! I have a 90 overall Pitts which is BND for some reason. A Platinum Elite card that is BND. Makes no sense to be a platinum elite if you gonna just make it BND. It keeps happening to almost every high overall card I get. I stopped purchasing packs because I couldnt turn them into sets or flip em on the auction block. Everybody at EA help seems to just tell you that they'll escalate the case to the research team for further review. It seems like until their are enough people with the same issue, then they will take this serious. Im hella frustrated.

    Please see attached showing that all my high overall cards are BND. Now, obviously, I know a couple of them are supposed to be, but not the 90 Ovr Pitts, the Campus Champions, etc. I promise that if you look at my account, you'll see the same. I have lost out on so much coin, not being able to sell Pitts, or even put 87 overall cards for DK Metcalf. I have literally stopped playing the game because I put extra money into it for it to just screw me over. If you could fix this, thanks: and if not, cool.

    The BND glitch can be fixed by downgrading/refunding the card's training points to its original state when received. Then back out from the card menu to your item binder and you will see the card is no longer BND. So, my guess is whenever you upgrade an auctionable card, it makes the card BND. When you revert the upgrades to its original state, the card becomes auctionable again. I'd prefer to not have it like that, because I would like to get a little extra coin for selling an upgraded card on the auction block.
