https://www.ea.com/redeem does not work for redeeming codes. I now wasted 2 codes from the retailer. You are not able to select a platform on the Ea website

You mention in the title that you play on PlayStation. Are you trying to redeem your codes through our website, or have you tried redeeming them via the linked PlayStation website?
If you click on PlayStation there, you should be redirected to an article explaining how you can redeem codes on your PlayStation.
Our website is for PC codes, not console. You'll need to redeem those elsewhere, usually via your console itself.
Yes I tried, but it did not have a section for the 16 digit code. Now both codes said they have been used

If the codes are redeeming fine via the "Redeem" button on the EA website, then it could be that they just keep sending you codes for PC instead of PlayStation.Do you know if EA can provide more codes for PS5 users? GameStop said they are no more available for this platform, the 2nd code was a 16 digit beta code
