Thanks for the information provided so far, while we take a further look into this.
I wanted to check if anyone on a Series X might be apart of the Xbox insider program and on an insider build of the Xbox operating system.

- @EA_Illium I previously was using the insider build of the Xbox OS. I opted-out and went to the standard build, then factory reset my console. I am still seeing the issue. It seemed that every other MUT challenge was resulting in the game crashing.
Can we have an ETA to fix this? I already cancelled my deluxe edition preorder due to this issue. I’ve tried this also being in or out of the insider program doesn’t matter bc it still does it
this customer service is at an all time low, you cant even contact them cause they dont answer emails .
Come to think of it i can’t play the new star wars jedi because the same issue crashes as game is loading but i was able to play the first installment im able to play the nhl and fifa games just not madden 24 and star wars jedi i even had to get a refund for that game and im highly disappointed as a life long ea fan that there is nothing i can do but get a new system tomorrow
- @EA_Illium Where are we at on getting this fixed? I get there’s a lot of code and a lot going on, but it’s been 9 days of playing games with 6-16 restarts.
Been doing this for 2 straight Madden games and can’t play one user game.
EA is ruining the experience of a game I have purchased since 2001. I’m not asking for a compensation, I’m asking for an answer and a solution.
