Summarize your bug I just bought Madden 24 from the Epic Games Store today. Opening the game and choosing my favorite team and whatever worked fine until it gave me the option to choose the passing style. I was going to try them out but the game froze on the loading screen and after waiting for a significant amount of time I had to close the game. I tried playing the passing styles a few more times after restarting my PC but it still froze and did not load. Again, I reopened Madden after restarting my PC and this time just picked a passing style instead of trying to play it in action. I then went to the Solo Challenges in Ultimate team and it froze on the loading screen while loading for that again. It seemed like it crashes every time I wanted to "play a game" or be on the field in general in the game. I tried messing with the graphic settings, even though my PC is perfectly capable of running this game because I play much bigger games and similar sized games such as FC 24, but it still seemed to freeze while loading. After restarting my PC AGAIN, I opened Madden 24 again and was in my settings and it froze there too! So I guess it was not just the loading screen. Not really sure why this is happening. I tried some troubleshooting things after talking to EA Support but it did not fix it. I haven't even played gameplay yet because it freezes on the loading screen for any field play, and now it even froze in settings.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I mean, for me, I just opened the game and tried to play any on-field gameplay and it just completely freezes while loading. Then again, it froze in the settings for me so it just happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? While loading for Field Gameplay: Loading Screen Completely Frozen / Frozen Logo in Corner and audio stopping. While in Settings: Freezes / Audio Stops / Completely Frozen
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play the game on the field and play gameplay.
I forgot to take picture but its just the Madden 24 UT loading screen completely frozen with the audio being frozen as well.
