I’m coming here cause I am beyond upset with EA they have ruined the experience 2 weeks later I have never received my Sauce Gardner or jjettas pre order items have been emailing them for over a week and they provide me with nothing but generic answers and no solution it’s so frustrating . Furthermore I bought 2800 points and they never showed went to current gen and I have a bunch of items I didn’t open on next gen on current gen Rookie premieres headliners stuff and it’s frustrating because they make the EA help in a way where you can never get an answer and get discouraged I go to my open cases and go to resume case and it just takes me to FAQS never lets me ever resume my case and EA will not give me a customer service grant for my points or my pre order items because they don’t care about the average customer so if they don’t get back to me I will be refunding every penny I spent on this game . I hope you guys find the answers or solutions you need but they do not care about us .
