Madden Ps4 Disc won’t upgrade to Ps5 when it says it will

Hey everyone, 

This issue should be fixed now. 

I saw a few people in the thread mention they were able to download the PS5 version now. If you haven't checked recently, can you give it another shot and see if you're able to download it?

We’ve tried everything and can’t find this free download. The box says “Upgrade to the digital PS5 version of the game at no additional cost” All that shows up in the PlayStation store is the Deluxe Edition for $89.99
