I recently bought madden 24 ps4 disc version from Amazon and on the cover of the game it says it will come with the ps5 edition aswell. Ea also mentions the ps4 disc version will come with the ps5 version but I cant seem to attain the ps5 version or upgrade to it

There is no option anywhere to do this.
I have a PS4 game and game plays fine on my Ps5 as the ps4 version, but has no option anywhere to upgrade it to ps5.
I have gone to the game hub and there is no option there.
Tried clicking the three dots and no option
Tried everything and no success
.I've also seen many people post with the same problems and no answers given from EA other than the typical "send specs and photos".
Geez! We all have ps5s, they are all disc versions, and the specs are all the same
We just can't upgrade out ps4 versions to the ps5 as we were told we could.
Please advise us in the step by step if we see no option on our ps5s when trying to upgrade.

There is no option. We all now have a ps5 and the ps4 version.
I'm loving the video with the kid and his father, an attorney, that are asking people to join in the class action lawsuit to sue ea for all these years of fraud. 🤣
I had a chat with help.ea.com and they are told me that it is a known issue world wide. They are working to fix it.
