I am missing my level 27 competitive field pass reward(88 ovr legend). I've created cases and haven't gotten any help. I tried to chat with ea help also but I can't select platform so I cant proceed further than that. Can I get some help here?
I also have had that same problem. I got 83 CJ Daniels and 87 Brian Branch. I have tried endlessly to get the cards and keep getting told it was a "Visual Glitch" on there part but there is nothing they can do. So they can see I never received the cards but wont fix the problem. Last interaction I had I was told here to make a forum post so here it is. Very frustrating and unnecessary. September 5th was the date I had this happen now October 1st and still not resolved.
