Missing Front Page Player Pack

Have reached Level 2 on headliners field pass.  Currently at level 7 and still no front page player pack.

    Hey @brokeizswole 

    You can try restarting your console or playing a match to see if anything possibly syncs up. 

    If not, For missing in-game rewards and items you will want to reach out to our support to take a closer look.

I tried restarting my console.  I reached out in a live cant and they basically told me they don't when I can get the pack as they dont know of the glitch.  Im not expecting it at his point.
