@Bandit75238 Agreed. Didn't we all pay for Squads when we bought the game? And now we're locked out of content we paid for. And the fact that EA Help is so broken you can't even properly submit a case without it auto-closing on its own is absolutely mind boggling. No phone number to call, no Chat offered for earned missing content - just the option to submit a Help case which isn't currently functional. So no recourse at all for consumers. I'm not sure if or how this is all even legal. EA needs to just mass release the Most Feared Strategy Item Pack at this point so we can play the mode we already bought and paid for. And fix EA Help for pete's sake. Unbelievable.

EA has admitted that they are aware of the issue via email with me. But insisted that the answers are on the forums and then said they have no idea how to fix it and we're all pretty much screwed.

@Thulk54 Wow and wow. First, that you got a response at all, and then again to what the response was. I've checked the forums - there is NO solution that works. Without the strategy item pack, you are locked out of Squads, plain and simple. Gimme a break, EA. Just mass release the card like you have other times you've screwed up.

  I 100 percent agree, I got an email this morning from them saying that they have their top managers working on it. And watch we won't get any compensation or even the item before the event is over.
