Missing Most Feared Strategy Item Pack - Can't Play Squads

Summarize your bug I have reached Level 9 of the Most Feared Field Pass and I have still not received the Most Feared Strategy Item Pack, which was supposed to be unlocked at Level 4. Because of this missing content, I cannot go in and play Squads. I have received every other reward that I have unlocked in the Field Pass - except for the Level 4 Most Feared Strategy Item Pack.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I did not receive earned reward content
What do you expect to see? I expect to receive the reward that I earned at Level 4

I have already submitted a help request and was assigned a Case Number. However, after a couple of days, during which I received no response at all, the case was then suddenly marked as "Fixed" and closed. It was NOT fixed as I never even received so much as an acknowledgement or reply - let alone the missing reward content. Follow up emails have also gone completely unanswered.

Yup. I’m missing it too. Have opened 2 cases. One closed with no response. The other case had 2 people respond contradicting themselves. The first guy said they were aware of it and fixing it. The second responded and said they fixed it with the challenges to grant it to us. I have all most feared challenges done. Max stars. Field pass level 20. And haven’t received it. Pretty bs. Being locked outta the squads menu. And not being able to take advantage of some of the benefits these items give to those fortunate enough to get it.

@MEW716_jp0irhl4 It's complete and utter bs and disrespect by EA. The only response that I've received is them telling me to check the forums for solutions. If we aren't paying for it then they don't care. We won't be able to play squads until the event is over which will be about a month that we haven't been able to play squads. EA has handled this so poorly and we won't see anything from it.

Still waiting for this to be addressed. As well as the rewards for missing exp etc to be provided.

The response or lack thereof will - along with similar issues and bugs - will be documented and sent to the NFL.
Not that I expect them to care.
