Shut down Madden and restarted at least 6 times yesterday to try to get the 'Welcome Pack'. Figured "OK, sometime after 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, ???,  $#%%".

Didn't get the 'Welcome Pack' yesterday. STILL didn't get it just now.

Please fix and update my login dayZZZ. Thanks.
