Summarize your bug MUT Draft Event as well as H2H Seasons are not tracking wins or giving out coins or packs and rewards for winning games I also pulled and LTD Dawkins which did not transfer to my binder contacted EA Help and they directed me here please help the game is pointless to play if im not making any progress or getting the cards from the packs ive opened
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play MUT NFL Draft Event or a Regular H2H Seasons game nothing records
What happens when the bug occurs? every time i win the game my wins will show up on my season record but my not my progress bar as well as not receiving coins or packs for my wins
What do you expect to see? I would like all me rewards granted to me what I've earned I've went 5-0 three time in the NFL MUT Draft event didn't receive any NFL Draft pack or players I'm currently 8-1 in my H2H All Star Season which means I've played through my playoff with any rewards or coins and I've won my super bowl and didn't receive anything. Also would like my LTD Dawkins card granted to me as I pulled him out of a mystery pack and he did not transfer to my binder.

Nope I have not I’ve deleted and re installed the game I’ve done every thing and nothing is fixing the issues idk what to do at this point

This is bs game just gets worse 

Agreed there’s no point in playing I’m not receiving any rewards or coins for any games that I’ve played

Same thing happening to me, pointless to play without being awarded anything.

Today marks 4 days that a large group of players cannot play online ultimate team modes. Zero head to head modes are registering wins and we are stuck at 1 win, no matter how many games we play. I’ve lost rewards from h2h seasons, I’ve lost rewards from the new MUT draft promo, and there are no signs of EA recognizing the issue. 

Community managers, please address or bring light to this issue, as the game we have paid for is not functional. 

Mmmhmm. Counted my first 4 or so, then started resetting to 1 after every game. I kept playing in hopes it would correct itself and ended up going on streaks of 15+. It sucks.

Currently going through the same thing it’s also effecting all game mode it shows in 13-2 on H2H Seasons which means I won a superbowl but never got the coins from each game or packs and rewards the entire game is bugged I even pulled LTD Dawkins and it didn’t transfer to my binder
