MUT competitive draft not counting wins

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? MUT Draft Champions
Summarize your bug The new MUT draft event isn’t tracking my consecutive wins. I’ve won upwards of close to 10 games in a row, and after every win, my total resets to 1 won game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As I play and win games, I get zero rewards for consecutive wins.
What happens when the bug occurs? My win total gets reset to 1 and I miss out on all the advertised rewards even though I’m completing the requirements.
What do you expect to see? I want my MUT draft fixed and my rewards on my account.

Every time I play a game, my wins are not being counted towards the event rewards. At times I’ve won 10+ consecutive games and instead of getting the advertised rewards, I get absolutely nothing: no coins, no players, and no mut draft tickets.

I’m just annoyed that I’ve won 3 superbowls and went 15-0 in MUT Draft and all the rewards and coins I’m missing out on! I’m not even gonna complain about the LTD Dawkins I pulled and it didn’t transfer to my binder because I know they won’t grant me him but the damn game is damn near unplayable right now I’ve been playing madden since Madden 16 and I’ve never seen it this bad

@Gamers_2407I think I saw you post about that on Twitter. And since this glitch/bug isn’t affecting most of the big madden influencers, unfortunately, we are not at all a priority.
i mean it’s been 5 days for a fix that probably takes 10 minutes.

Yeah I’m posting it everywhere there’s a lot of ppl who are going through this and it’s not right at all I mean EA can push content out today to make money but they can’t listen to their customer base when we are telling them that there is an issue and we are providing with proof!

Still haven’t lost a game and still haven’t received a single reward or coins? I’m pretty sure EA owes me 4 Super Bowls and all the rewards that come with them @EA_Kent @EA_Illium

I am having same issue. i am 7-1 in h2h but no playoffs yet. it is also happening for new MUT Draft event.

this makes it that winning does not matter and we won’t earn any rewards h2h seasons
please fix it so we can enjoy playing madden again

Yes this is happening for all game modes in ultimate team I can’t earn any coins or packs at the moment it’s been like this for the past 5 days for me

Day 6 of not being able to play online ultimate team modes. Is there a fix in the works?

@EA_Kent will we be compensated with the free 99 draft night player because we’re not able to play the game? I likely would’ve earned it (and all the other free players) days ago.
