Mut Rewards not being given for completing any houserules stuff

Summarize your bug I have completed objectives and they are not showing as complete. Anything that has to do with mut house rules doesn't track or complete and is not giving me the rewards i have earned I have played so many games on house rules and it hasn't counted anything. I have pictures of me at level 4 complete in house rules and with RGIII in my lineup who has been there. I also have pictures of all the objectives that are not being given and all the rewards I should have gotten. From missing xp from level 9 and 10 of season objectives to 84 ovr headliners hero fantasy pack and more. During this whole week I have noticed it wasn't counting the progress and wasn't giving me the rewards. Madden Ultimate Team (MUT). I have waited days and still nothing.
