Played duo MUT Squads just fine and then tried to play MUT squads on a team of 3 and every time, one of us gets kicked back to the madden home screen while we are loading in. We then enter the game as a 2v3. Any ideas on what could cause this?

I keep getting kicked whenever I try to play mut squads an it's been happening since day one of the games release an it's becoming very very frustrating it's the only thing I play an I can't even do that
