MUT won’t transfer between Xbox one and Xbox Series S

Bought a one x by mistake and used all my preorder bonuses and made my MUT there. Finally got an S and it’s all gone, is there any way to transfer the team?

Hello @traderjulian,

sadly, the game does not support cross-progression, meaning that your progress and teams are bound to the platform and generation. The only things that are not platform bound are Avatar progression and gear purchases within Superstar mode.

The pre-order bonuses should be given to both generations though and an issue regarding this is currently being investigated:

The same happened to me because I’m just a kid but I wasted my parents 50 dollars that they worked hard for because I spent my points and opened packs on current gen then when I went back to next gen and my progress was gone.

@antonio7brown Same here, madden either give us a refund for what we spent or transfer the players. Can’t keep throwing my money down this rabbit hole if I don’t get anything in return.

Hi @antonio7brown Apologies but to confirm which platform are you playing on?

Are you open packs say on the PS4 version but if you load the game on PS5 you don't see the pack items?

Yes, I am also having this issue. I had two versions of M24 to choose from at launch. I only did 1 download when I bought the game, but there were still 2 versions and no way to know which was the Next Gen version, so I went into MUT and chose my Hall of Famer, got my Josh Allen, etc. Then I discovered I was on the wrong Madden. After going into MUT on the correct version, I do not have my content or my 4600 points that came with the Deluxe Preorder. Please fix this and transfer my content.

@EA_Illium I am also having this issue when I go to play the ps5 version of the game I do not have any of my players or coins that I had gotten on the ps4 version.

I payed 90 for the maddan that gives you points and I did not get my points on both versions, so I wasted my money if u can give it back

I spent almost 100 dollars on the deluxe edition of the game just for my points to go to last gen, I have not spent the points and want them to transfer to next gen. If not I would like a full refund and I have made 2 cases both that have not gotten replied to.
