My 64bit, fully updated, windows version is still not supported?

Why?  Why???????  I can play 23,  I tried running steam in admin mode,  I tried opening the game directly from file in administrator mode and signing in on EA account.  My windows 10 is 64bit and is up to date (can we skip the preschool * for once? I'm an IT guy.). 

Here's a thought,  you could just tell us which 64bit versions that you know don't work.  And if you think they all do work,  then you clearly haven't tested half of them.  What is the solution to this problem?   I can't wait to hear it, but I can already tell that nobody at EA knows how to fix this problem.  

This is the kind of nightmare that makes me never buy games from you.   I'm only here because of EA play,  but if I was here because of a 100 dollar purchase being blocked by this greedy incompetence.....,  but i'm going to stop paying for EA too because you don't deserve to use steam at all if you are going to force your vertical economy logins anyway. 

Being forced to play a 2 year old game because the once best now worst dev wants to stack their vertical economy to the roof but can't do it competently,  is BS.  Stick to making games ffs. 

PS..  Also,  madden 24 (not 23 though)  made me fully uninstall reWASD too,  the game was incapable of distinguishing whether the program was open or closed,  even though (believe me i know,  I'm a computer tech)  it was closed. So i uninstalled rewasd and rebooted,  and got the new error message about windows being unsupported,  and struggled with your non expert,  non advice on this problem for a couple hours now. 

PPS.  Edited my hate toward EA down a bit.  It's all I can do to not start rewriting it all right now.
