I recently bought aps5 and started ultimate team and my new account packs disappeared

Hi @sinsay858

To confirm if you were playing MUT on a PS4 and transitioned to the PS5 (and starting playing the PS5 version) your MUT progress does not carry over with you.

This is because MUT does not support cross-platform progression and the two versions are different. You can however download the PS4 version on a PS5 and play from there, however certain features exclusive to the Current generation console will not be available on the PS5.

No sir, I've seen these packs, going back to harvest packs, I don't have previous console so I guess they transferred my accounts history as I've been playing since November. I opened a few packs then I logged out and logged back in later and every last pack was gone. I went from ps4 to ps5
