no ROH Welcome pack or opportunity pack

Ive restarted my game several times and loaded up madden on an acct ive spent money on… nothing. but on a smurf that i havent spent a dollar on has the GT opportunity pack and the welcome pack. thanks EA

When I logged on madden I got on ultimate team and I didn’t receive my free ring of honor John madden. I did all the challenges and reset my game and system I still didn’t receive my John madden card

I reinstalled madden 5x already still don’t have either pack. Anyone else having this problem? 

I still haven't gotten my roh welcome pack how am I supposed to use john madden when I don't have him

Same things is happening to me. I'm playing on a PS5. ring of honors didn't drop when it was supposed to, and I never got a welcome pack.

Both my buddies got the pack but I did not I have completed the field pass and have all the tokens and no madden card or opportunity pack 

Not sure why but I didn’t receive mine either!

I only have one account, but I didn’t get either pack

Username Tj_Mayhem15 and I still haven't received my welcome pack the whole even getting all of the john Madden token that I can't even use now because I didn't get my welcome pack
