no ROH Welcome pack or opportunity pack

Missing the ring of honor welcome pack with MLB John madden in it 

How am I supposed to use John madden with no welcome pack

I did not get the welcome pack and the GT opportunity pack. I finished ROH field pass and ROH challenges. Got all 3 tokens waiting to be added. EA please resolve the issue asap.

yesterday with the Launch of ROH, We were told thered be a welcome pack and John Madden would be in it.   I never received the welcome pack, nor did I receive John Madden. 
what do I do
