No voice Chat option

I have seen it asked numerous times, but I still don't know an answer. 

Voice chat/headset works fine on other games, but there is no option for voice chat in volume settings or accessibility on Madden 25 for Xbox. No parental controls on, etc. Does anyone have any advice?
