I’ve restarted multiple times but still cannot access MUT. Ever since the update, I cannot get in. At first I could only access solo challenges. Now I cannot even see an option to enter MUT. However the ads for AKA crews provide a path to MUT. It says I don’t have access.
Same here. E.A. is a joke. If I performed my job in a similar manner I would not have a job. Absolutely inept.

There was an issue last week that was preventing some people from accessing Madden Ultimate Team, but it was fixed shortly afterward.
To avoid future confusion, I am going to lock this thread. If you run into any issues getting into MUT in the future, please feel free to create a new thread.
