Not getting TOTY Tokens when completing challenges

By my count you should have 30 total TOTY tokens if you completed all of the TOTW challenges (20), beat all of the TOTY challenges (3) as well as complete the rewards ladder (7)... (I'm not counting...

Unfortunately EA doesn’t care to fix anything and our questions will be ignored. Pathetic company, I stopped wasting my time trying to reach out to EA for support.  My advice, delete this game and save yourself the headache.
