Not receiving coin rewards per game during MUT h2h seasons

I'm currently playing madden ultimate team on madden 24 and it looks like I'm not receiving any of the coin rewards per game for h2h seasons (all madden seasons to be more specific) game mode

  • Platform (or client): Xbox Series X
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): Quagile
  • Are you getting an error message? No
  • Does this happen to any other account on the device? Only have one account
  • Is anything else happening? Coins are not rewarded after h2h game 
  • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Reinstalled, cleared madden saved data, have had a ea support ticket open for over 2 weeks but no response
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

As seen in the video, I am returning to the menu after a player quit the game, coins stay constant at 51,043. Coins usually are rewarded after backing out of the h2h menu or after the "pending game" notification is closed.

        Can we please get a status update on this? Its now approaching a month since this thread was made and everyone has been losing out on coins for h2h games (if someone quits or leaves in the first half).
