Online franchise won't load

In madden 23 when people started losing their franchises, I was one of those people. I did not get the email to receive 50% off madden 24, but I decided to let that slide and dropped a hundred bucks on madden 24 because it was supposed to be so much better! Well I’m in the playoffs of the first season in a franchise with 3 other people and I’m getting the exact same message. It’s ridiculous I continue to pay money for a game that I can’t even consistently play. I guess it’s my fault at this point to think a company this large could put out a game that would work as advertised 🤷🏻‍♂️ Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?!
