Online franchise won't load

Lmaooo wow EA, first I never got that 50% off from this mess up LAST year, now this year the game is tolerable, but now this SAME thing happens this year after you guys saying all this is fixed smh. I pray, like literally to god, that you guys lose the license, madden is rolling over in his grave, billion dollar company making a c+ product smh
