Online franchise won't load

I entered a superstar league game but paused it for about an hour then returned to finish it. I exited the game but apparently I was disconnected from ea due to “inactivity”. Ever since then, I can’t load into superstar mode “league”. I already tried closing app, reopening, delete and redownloading… nothing is working. just keep saying “the requested league is temporarily unavailable “ “try again later” i try all the time and nothing is working. Please fix this Ea.
