Online franchise won't load

This is now the second year in a row that my franchise after playing for multiple seasons has decided to not load. Last year this happened and they were not able to recover the save files from franchise mode so all of the hours spent on that were just wasted. Since I got a PS5 I decided to give this year’s edition a try. Idk why I was expecting anything different. This is beyond ridiculous for a game of this standard to not even work properly. If this does not get fixed I will be requesting all of my money back and will never buy a Madden game ever again. EA sports has turned into the worst Triple A gaming company out there.
