I'm having the same issue. CPU is maxed out getting hammered by Madden 24. GPU is 0% load and cool as a cucumber.
I found instructions on a YouTube video to force windows to use the GPU with Madden 24. I don't know if this is ideal. But I do see a difference and improvement. And my GPU is showing load. And my CPU is not pegged out.
