Has anyone else had the chance to check this out since today's maintenance? Anyone still seeing this same issue after you draft a new class?
How is it possible that we wait for two months for an update to fix a game breaking bug— and it doesn’t actually fix anything?! I payed like $100 for early access and still can’t play TWO MONTHS LATER because franchise drafts and player editing is busted. This is ridiculous. Can you guys just refund us? Since clearly there is no interest from EA in fixing things for the players? Y’all literally released an update that says it specifically fixes this issue and it doesn’t. How could a company be any more incompetent and uncaring to those that buy their products. Please, just offer us refunds. We’re over waiting for a fix that isn’t happening.
I know it’s not your fault, Kent, because you’re a community manager, not the president of EA.— but at least go to bat for us please. This money feeds my family too and as of now it’s wasted on a busted game. We just want it back.
@EA_Kent does not care! No one responds to us. While I saw improvement on PS5 the sliders still don't work or they work backwards. Meanwhile EA has basically stolen $99.99 from all of us. It is a joke! The game on PS5 is at least playable. But still a far cry from being worth $100! But please keep ignoring us and keep ignoring 1 star reviews of your game. It does not matter as long as the NFL gives them the monopoly!
Never again buying this godforsaken game. They do NOT CARE at ALL about their customers nor do they have ANY pride whatsoever in what they do. Shame on the NFL for enabling this garbage
