Player model equipment glitch

Season is half way over and still no fix this equipment glitch. No update for customers whatsoever and yet they want people to be excited about the next game while they can’t even get this one correct!

It’s now January and this STILL is not fixed. Make or break year. This is embarrassing. 

Yes, this issue has popped up again and it is KILLING THE EMERSION in the game for me. EA all we want is just to fix the equipment man. It's been people who's been complaining about this for months bro. I just want to see the Flat Jacket.

Yeah first madden bought in 5 years. instant regret, won’t be buying another one ever again. how can they not fix that? i’d be embarrassed to work there.

They know about it but has done nothing to address it. Real reason is the people to pay for micro transactions don’t really care about the glitch so EA doesn’t care.

And the media outlets like the YouTubers don’t help either because it’s not a big issue to them either. A glitch is a glitch no matter how small it is. It needs to be addressed for the game to be completely good.

It’s not a small glitch, to fix it they would have to re scale the entire game. If you notice, when zoomed in a certain distance the equipment appears. This is a scale issue, the graphics are not balanced. A update (code editing) can’t fix this, by the time they go back an rescale everything madden 25 will be out

This is why they haven’t fixed it. It would take to much time and effort for them to fix this. But the issue is the glitch been happening since game launch. The fact they know about it is very concerning for a company who so called “cares” about the game.

Yeah at this point they just scrapped this fix for the equipment glitch. The game really looks unreal from this and it’s sad and the fact that they know about it and not communicating with the community is also unprofessional from a business and customer care standpoint. Never seen a company duck its own customers because they refuse to work on majority of the problems from thier game.

This is still an issue and its killing immersion. Even with the wonderful mods from the Madden modding community, this issue is a death nail for me. Can someone confirm if flak jackets and backplates were visible in-game ever? Or did an EA update break the LOD / mesh for this equipment? Has EA ever responded to this issue? Do they ever respond to anything?
