Players missing from Manage Superstars list on Lineup Page

Summarize your bug The Manage Superstars list is only showing about half of the players with X-Factors or Abilities applied to them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to active X-Factors or Abilities on players that have them applied.
What do you expect to see? All players with Abilities or X-Factors

Notes: This only occurs in the Lineup Screen under My Team in MUT. Using the LT to filter the list between OVR, New Items, A-Z(Item Name) shows a combination of the players. OVR does not show all players. A-Z, does not show all players, New Items, only shows some. In game at Halftime, all players are visible and able to activate or deactivate the ability or X-Factor. This is troubling because I cant start a game with what I'm looking to use.

Troubleshooting: I have deleted and recreated all lineups. On players that are not showing up on the list, I have refunded that X-Factor or ability, exited the Lineup List then re-entered and re-applied the X-Factor or Ability. All this was done with no Strategy Cards added to the lineups.
