We are currently looking into the issues with missing player portraits, as well as the soft locks and other issues that can happen as a result. Thanks for your patience while we're investigating this.

Just seen a new update and Still no fix. Game keeps freezing. Simply scrolling over the names we've given you guys.  Hope u keep us posted in here.  What a waste of 70 dollars😡

    Issue looks to be fixed as of 10/20/2023

    Just loaded into my Franchise league and I am able to scroll over Brandon Powell and continue the game as normal. Thanks @EA_Kent
