Players with missing portraits cause game to crash

Summarize your bug Players will randomly have no portrait in the depth chart. When scrolling over these players or attempting to modify them (change position, resign, etc.) the game crashes.
How often does the bug occur? 100%
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On main screen, go to Creation Center. Select "edit rosters" and "manage players." Go to the Vikings and select WR. Scroll down to Brandon Powell, you should see his portrait missing. Try to back out with the B button and your game will crash
What happens when the bug occurs? The game goes silent and crashes
What do you expect to see? The game continue to run?
I have tried the following:
1. Download custom roster, delete "official." Reinstall "official" via "Update Rosters" in Creation center. Issue persists.
2. Restart game, issue persists.
3. Uninstall/Reinstall game, issue persists.
4. Other Xbox, issue persists.
5. Power cycle Xbox, issue persists.
