No don’t waste your time going to the store and exchanging it, it’s a madden thing, I exchanged yesterday, got a new copy today went straight to where it would crash and it’s still doing the same thing.
I have a digital download and it's doing it so it's not your disc it's the madden system smh
Good to know. So - it's not just freezing in Franchise Mode when playing Madden 24 - PS4 - with the disc version of the game.
I wrote a letter to EA Sports directly. Probably they will just shred it but it made me feel good to at least put everything down on paper and send my complaints about
what they did to the Franchise Mode as a result of their recent "Upgrade".
Hopefully more people are complaining to EA Sports about this issue. I just don't understand why the incompetents at EA Sports keep messing up every version of Madden Football
every single time. Don't they check for Bugs before sending "Updates" out?
I truly wish that someone out there in video game creation would take over from EA Sports. They suck when it comes to all of the additional "features" - AKA - "BUGS" that they create.
Maybe it's time for the NFL to divorce EA Sports and sign up with a company that has competent people working there.
So - my frustration with EA Sports and with what they have done to Madden 24's Franchise Mode continues.
It is good to know that other people (customers who have spent their own hard earned money on this game) are out there having similar issues. Misery enjoys company as they say.

Crazy thing is.. people haven’t played their game in days because of the freeze and EA hasn’t said or done anything ‼️
I just did that today and I'm experiencing the same issue with my rosters I just play different game modes
