Please reset your passworrd error on NCAA25

Once I start up NCAA 25, I get a reset your password box. I can reset my password but when ai try playing online, it says the EA servers are down. Need help!

    Hey @Lttasilva24 

    To confirm, try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com. After fully close College Football and power cycle your console. 

    After check if you are still being asked to reset your password or if you get an error when attempting to play a specific mode.
