Process Lasso shows Madden 24 at 100% CPU most of the time

What is going on? Madden 24 locks up my CPU at 100% for the majority of the time, right before the FPS falls off a cliff. Its an i7-10700.... has anyone else checked their Task Manager and seen what...

Majority of PC users are having the same issues, myself included. And EA chooses to ignore it.
