Process Lasso shows Madden 24 at 100% CPU most of the time

What is going on? Madden 24 locks up my CPU at 100% for the majority of the time, right before the FPS falls off a cliff. Its an i7-10700.... has anyone else checked their Task Manager and seen what...

Your game doesn’t have any choppiness when in game? Mainly when you snap the ball and cut scene menus. Can you send your graphic settings?

I found that leaving the default frame limiter of 30/60 gives the smoothest experience

    Cutscenes , the game itself will run over 160 fps at 4K with 4090 but it’s smoothest at 60 solid never moving frames because that’s what the engine is designed for…so the closest to being 60 constant frames will deliver the smoothest experience
