Random Weather Franchise Mode

I have played two complete seasons in offline franchise mode with the Atlanta Falcons, when I'm the visiting team in open stadiums the weather is ALWAYS clear. There is sometimes windy conditions, but never rain or snow, when playing in Mercedes Benz Stadium, the roof is ALWAYS open, in the cold months. If this bug/glitch has not been addressed can we get this corrected soon?
