Re: Cannot Process Your Request Error

I am on PS5. And yes I’m followed a couple forums on google and none of them worked.

    @manzo908 gotcha, so you can do any of the following which should help out that error. It can be a combo of any of these together though.

    Remove inactive, or blank profile friends from your friends list. Try to limit to under 50.

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Check for updates
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4) 
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    1. From the main menu please go to MUT > Team > Visuals & then remove the Jerseys & remove the Coach. Then add different ones. Doesn’t matter which ones.

    2. Go to your roster and edit it with the lineup tool to best overall.

    3. When you're loaded into Madden > Navigate to Customize > Share & Manage Files > Load & Delete Files to bring up the game's file list.- Delete the files under Profile & Roster.

    @manzo908 the game is doing some maintenance right now. Try a little later and let us know if you still have the same error.

    I’ve uninstalled the game twice I’ve reset my internet twice and I’ve tried all the steps you told me to try and it’s still giving me the same message.

    So I’m guessing there’s nothing I can do besides just wait and maybe it’ll work?

    Hey All,

    Took a look into this one as we see that players are still running into this error. At the moment, sadly is not an update on this specific error. The team is still looking into this and why players continue to get this error in different modes.

    When we have more information on an update and what will be happening we will let you know here.
