Why is it I have to make a discussion post to get in any sort of contact or "help" with an issue? Prior years, you could chat with someone at EA Help and they would at the very least state that the team was "aware of the issue" which is not much help BUT at least it's something. Then it was changed to where you would send an email which took more time, but again at least there was some communication going on. Compared to now where MaddenNFLDirect will tweet about a non-issue glitch with 100s of tweets under mentioning how people STILL have not received their login packs.

I am clearly, as are others, facing this issue of not receiving my MF login rewards, but I suppose making a tweet addressing the issue would mean actually providing communication.

If the Madden "team" is looking for someone to tweet out useful and helpful information to the people giving money and time to the game, then I am willing to do that incredibly hard task for little to no pay! 

Fix the MF login issue.
