EA anticheat Service has encountered an error. Please restart the game. <Path of Service> <Error #>

This happens when EA anti-cheat can't find the installation folder or can’t start the game. There are two ways to fix this.

  • Relaunch the EA app or Origin (even if you got the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store) as an admin by right-clicking on it and choosing Run As Administrator. Then, relaunch the game from the EA app or Origin directly.
  • Reinstall EA anticheat.

    Tried that {again} after you posted it here. Still didn't work. Th AntiCheat folder is in the game folder so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be able to find the game. Especially since I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App, Madden 24, and the anticheat.
